IF the smog problem could be easily solved by giant vacuum cleaners and artificial rain, then it would make better sense to take care of the pollution AT THE SOURCE OF THE POLLUTION than to wait for smog to overwhelm the population and cause such wide-spread health hazzards in the first place.

I expect that soon the Dictator Xi Jinping will announce an "Anti-Pollution Campaign" and all environmental activists and scientists will be thrown into the CCP gulag, and a new round of moronic CCP propaganda will tell Chinese that the air in China is perfectly clean and the best in the world!
